If you’re pregnant or think you may be pregnant you should not take the morning after pill. If you do find out that you’re pregnant after taking this product, speak to your doctor right away so they can check that the pregnancy is not ectopic. If you’re breastfeeding you can still take the morning after pill if your doctor or pharmacist has told you that you’re safe to do so. Small traces of the active ingredient in this tablet may appear in your breastmilk, which will not harm your baby but may be something you wish to avoid. In this case, we’d recommend breastfeeding or expressing milk immediately before taking this product and then avoid nursing for at least 8 hours afterwards. This will help to reduce the amount of levonorgestrel in your breastmilk as much as possible.
