Sinutab Non-Drowsy Congestion Relief are tablets that are used to help fight the symptoms of the cold and flu.
Is Sinutab Non-Drowsy Congestion Relie right for me?
Like all medicines, Sinutab Non-Drowsy Congestion Relief may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. Common side effects include:
Itchy skin rashes
Blood disorders
Hallucinations
If you experience any side effects, including any not included in the patient information leaflet, you can report them using the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.
Serious side effects
Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties and/or loss of consciousness.
Warnings
Sinutab Non-Drowsy Congestion Relief may be unsuitable for certain people. Do not take these tablets if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if:
You have high blood pressure
You have heart disease
You have diabetes
You have pheochromocytoma
You have an overactive thyroid gland
You have severe kidney problems
Using/taking other medicines
If you are taking or have recently taken any other medication, including medication obtained without a prescription, talk to your GP or pharmacist.
Speak with your healthcare provider if you are taking, or in the last two weeks have taken monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or reversible inhibitors of monoamine oxidase (RIMAs).
If you are taking stimulants or appetite suppressants you should avoid this medication.
Do not take Sinutab Non-Drowsy Congestion Relief if you are taking medication to treat congestion or asthma.
Age restrictions
This product is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, you must ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any new medicine.
Driving and operating machinery
This medication does not alter your ability to drive or operate machinery.
