What is Scholl Verruca Removal System?
The Scholl Verruca Removal System is a set of medicated discs and plasters that are designed to treat your verruca. These plasters are thin, flexible, and comfortable, ideal for using on the sole of your foot until your verruca can be removed. The Scholl Verruca Removal System contains everything you’ll need to treat your verruca for up to 30 days, relieving the pain your verruca causes while making it easier to remove.
Is Scholl Verruca Removal System right for me?
Can I use this product if I have diabetes?
People with diabetes, problems with their circulation, or nerve damage should not use this product unless specifically advised otherwise by your doctor. If this product causes you any irritation then you may not recognise it as quickly as possible, causing a delay in removing the disc and plaster which could result in further irritation to your skin.
Can I use this product if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, you should not use this product. If you think you have a verruca and need a remedy that is safe to use during pregnancy, speak to your doctor or pharmacist so they can recommend a product that’s right for you.
The Scholl Verruca Removal System is not suitable for use in children under the age of 16, unless specifically advised otherwise by your doctor. Do not use this product if you are allergic to Salicylic Acid, any NSAIDs (such as aspirin or ibuprofen), or any of the other listed ingredients in this product. For external use only. If you experience any excessive discomfort or irritation while using this product, stop use and remove the dressing. Do not use this product:
If the area around your verruca is inflamed or broken
On moles, birthmarks, warts with hair growing from them, genital warts, facial warts, or mucous membranes (e.g. the inside of your nose or mouth)
On normal skin
Does this product have any side effects?
Like all medications, the Scholl Verruca Removal System can have side effects, although not everyone will experience them. These include skin irritation or a rash if you accidentally apply this product to the healthy skin surrounding the verruca. If you experience this or any other side effect while using this product, stop use and seek medical assistance if needed.
