What is Regelle?
Regelle is a long-lasting vaginal moisturiser which helps to ease symptoms of vaginal dryness. It hydrates the dry cells in your vaginal passage, helping you to feel comfortable and easing symptoms such as itching and reducing pain and discomfort during intercourse. Is Regelle right for me?
Can I use this product if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, you should speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using this product. This product may not be suitable for you and your baby during this time, and a medical professional may wish to recommend another product.
Can I use this product if I’m using HRT?
You can use Regelle if you’re also taking systemic HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy). This moisturiser is non-hormonal and won’t interfere with HRT treatments.
Can this moisturiser be used with condoms?
Regelle can be used with latex condoms, as it’s a water-based lubricant. However, you should read the information included with each product before using this moisturiser with condoms, to be sure that they are absolutely safe to be used together. Regelle does not contain spermicide and can not be used as a contraceptive.
When should this product not be used?
Do not use Regelle if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. This product should not be used by children. This product should only be used in the vagina. This product is not a pessary.
Does this product have any side effects?
Like many products, Regelle can have side effects, although not everyone will experience them. This includes residue or discharge, which can happen when you start using this product. This happens when dead skin cells are secreted as your body naturally sheds them, leaving softer vaginal tissue in its place. As you continue to use Regelle, it will prevent dry skin cells from building up and this discharge will disappear. If you experience any other side effects or irritation while using this product, stop use and speak to your doctor or pharmacist right away.
