Nytol Herbal Simply Sleep and Calm Elixir can be used to provide relief from mild anxiety and to aid sleep. It contains extract of Valerian root which is used in traditional medicine to promote calmness and to help aid restful sleep. If you’re suffering from mild anxiety symptoms, such as work or exam stress that’s keeping you up at night, Nytol Herbal Simply Sleep and Calm Elixir can help to relieve this anxiety and prevent your mind from racing before helping you to drift off into a natural and restful sleep.

Is Nytol Herbal Simply Sleep and Calm Elixir right for me?

Do NOT take this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in this product (see ingredients tab for full list) or if you are:
Pregnant or breastfeeding
Under 18 years of age
Taking a medicine which makes you drowsy
Suffering from alcoholism or liver disease
