What is Avomine Travel Sickness?
Avomine Travel Sickness tablets are used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness. They are perfect if you are going on long journeys or short.
Is Avomine Travel Sickness right for me?
Like all medicines, Avomine Travel Sickness tablets may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. Common side effects include:
Headaches and dizziness
Feeling tired or sleepy
Loss of appetite

Serious side effects
Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties and/or loss of consciousness.
Warnings
Avomine may be unsuitable for certain people. Do not take these tablets if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if you have any of the following:
Have taken medicines for depression, known as Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs), within the last 14 days.
CNS Depression.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine if you have any of the following:
Glaucoma
Epilepsy
Heart problems
Liver problems
Kidney or bladder problems
A chest condition such as asthma or bronchitis
Using/taking other medicines
You should speak to your GP or pharmacist if you are taking any of the following medications:
Anticholinergic agents
Medicines to help you sleep (hypnotics)
Medicines for depression, mental illness or anxiety
Age restrictions
This product is not suitable for children under 5.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, you must ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any new medicine.
Alcohol
While taking Avomine, you should avoid drinking alcohol.
Driving and operating machinery
These tablets can make you feel dizzy, sleepy, disorientated or confused. You should not drive or operate heavy machinery until you know how this medicine affects you.
Important information
Consult your doctor before use if you are taking any other medicines or if you have a health condition not mentioned in the patient information leaflet.

Do not take more than one tablet in any 24 hours.
This medicine must not be taken by women.
