What is Anusol Plus HC Ointmen?
Anusol Plus HC Ointment is a haemorrhoid treatment for internal and external haemorrhoids.
It provides relief from the symptoms associated with piles, including anal itching.
Is Anusol Plus HC Ointmen right for me?
Like all medicines, Anusol Plus HC Ointment may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. There are no known commonly reported side effects of this product.

Serious side effects
Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties and/or loss of consciousness.
Warnings
Anusol Plus HC Ointment may be unsuitable for certain people. Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if you have fungal, viral or bacterial skin sores.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine if you have rectal bleeding, blood in the stool, or you are unsure if any bleeding you have is caused by haemorrhoids.
Using/taking other medicines
If you are taking or have recently taken any medication, including medication obtained without a prescription, talk to your GP or pharmacist before using this product.
You must tell your healthcare provider if you are using corticosteroids such as hydrocortisone cream.
Age restrictions
This product is not suitable for anyone under 18 years old.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, you must ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using any new medicine.
Storage information
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging. Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste.
