What is Aloclair Plus Gel?

Aloclair Plus Gel is a form of treatment that is designed to treat ulcers and other types of tissue damage in the mouth. It works by forming a protective film over the mouth ulcer or lesion, protecting any exposed nerve endings that may be causing you pain or irritation. This not only helps to ease your pain, but supports the natural healing of the damaged area too.

Is Aloclair Plus Gel right for me?

Is this gel suitable for someone who is pregnant or breastfeeding?
There is no reason why someone who is pregnant or breastfeeding could not use Aloclair Plus, though it is recommended to consult your doctor or pharmacist before using any new medication. This will help you to be sure that the product is safe for you and your baby.

Is it ok to use Aloclair Plus while using other medication?
If you are taking any other medication, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using this product, especially if the medication is used in your mouth. Medicines can interact when used together, making them less effective, so always speak to your doctor or pharmacist to be sure this won’t happen.

Can I use Aloclair Plus Gel is I am wearing braces?
Yes, this gel will also help with tissue damage in the mouth caused by wearing braces. This can happen when your braces rub against the side of your mouth, causing irritation or chafing.

When should Aloclair Plus not be used?
Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. Each tube of gel should only be used by one patient to avoid cross-contamination. Speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you suffer from frequent mouth ulcers. Do not use this product if the packaging appears damaged.
