What is Acriflex Antiseptic Burns Cream?

Acriflex is a cream which can be used to soothe minor burns, scalds, scratches, sunburn blisters, and other minor skin conditions. It’s perfect for people of all ages, keeping the area clean and helping to prevent infections in broken skin.

Is Acriflex Antiseptic Burns Cream right for me?

When should this product not be used?
Do not use Acriflex Cream if you are allergic to chlorhexidine gluconate or any of the other listed ingredients. For external use only, do not use in body cavities, e.g. mouth, vagina, inner ear. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use this cream if you have an operation, as contact with the brain, spinal cord, and middle inner ear should be avoided.

Does this cream have any side effects?
Like all medicines, Acriflex cream can have side effects, although not everyone will experience them. If you experience any of the following side effects, you may be experiencing an allergic reaction and should stop use and seek medical help immediately:

Swelling of the lips, tongue, face, or throat
Red, itchy skin rash
Wheezing or difficulty breathing
Feeling faint or dizzy
Metallic taste in the mouth
Collapse
