Thank you for shopping with Fusion Pharmacy.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, providing a reliable and secure delivery service throughout the United Kingdom.
Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are normally processed and dispatched on the same working day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, at weekends, or on UK Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During exceptionally busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Charges
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery service selected and your order value.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Pharmacy & Healthcare Products
As a GPhC-registered UK pharmacy, certain medicines and healthcare products may require additional verification or a pharmacist review before dispatch.
Where a pharmacist consultation or additional compliance checks are required, this may slightly extend processing times. If additional information is needed, we will contact you promptly.
Delivery Restrictions
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Some medicines and regulated healthcare products may be subject to additional delivery restrictions in accordance with UK pharmacy legislation and courier requirements.
Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate with the delivery provider.
